Bharwan lal Mirch (Stuffed Red Peppers)

Made from Bright Red colored Mathania / Bhav nagri or similar  chili peppers, this is a signature pickle of stuffed red peppers that is tangy but not hot. Enjoyed all across North & central India it is Soothing to eye due to its bright red color & goes best with regular meal of Roti Subzi, Dal – Chawal or sabzi Parantha and not to mention the staple accompaniment for travel food and chole bhature or Subzi Poori or even with  delectable pooran poli, Pakodas, mathi .
