The Younger generation especially the Gen – Z & Millennials have started shying away from the extra heat of the day-to-day chilis used in or as accompaniment to the meals. For our young friends Jivha Homemade has a new offering that gives you the trendy chilli pickle sans its excessive heat but Tangy on palate. For making the Saunfia Hari Mirch we use Green Mathania or Green Bhavnagari chilis. This allows us to set the mood to eat green chili but without much heat. This variety goes best with regular meal of Roti Subzi, Dal – Chawal or sabzi Paratha and not to mention the staple accompaniment for travel food, Pulao, chole bhature, Subzi Poori or misal pav. This pairs equally well will snacks like Dhokla, Khandvi, Ragda patties, Vada pav or Pav Bhaji.
